Integration of our pasteurization system in existing roasting operations yields a validated kill step that is independent of the roasting degree and therefore allows for optimum flavor, color and texture development for all types of nuts.  The Log5 pasteurization system is designed to produce ‘raw-pasteurized nuts and seeds or work in tandem with a roaster (existing or new).  This allows you to leave the products virtually unchanged (but pasteurized) and/or roast to a specific color and flavor.  Even really lightly roasted products will comply with the highest food safety standards!
