Royal Duyvis Wiener specializes in chocolate and compound processing systems for in-house on demand coating manufacture.   Also offering complete cocoa bean processing systems including bean cleaning, winnowing, roasters, liquor refining, cocoa pressing, cocoa powder-grinding, etc. RDW opened their brand new pilot plant facilities in January 2016.  We can process from bean to bar there and we can also demonstrate our artisan chocolate manufacturing systems

MF- hamburg will display their brand new Easy Access 51 inch enrober, featuring removable and exchangeable wire mesh system and tank with tempering system. This machine is wash-down rated and can be changed over in 5 minutes.  MF hamburg specializes in chocolate enrobing equipment, cooling tunnels and tempering machines for bakery, confectionery, ice-cream, and nutrition bars.  Systems are available in belt widths from 12 inches to 80 inches with operating line speeds up to 60 ft/min.

 

 

 

 

 


oka OKA will display their new FEC 04 rotary for accurate and high speed depositing of soft dough with inclusions, such as chocolate chip cookies, also suitable for nutrition bars, and confectionery products. OKA specializes in very accurate extruders and cutting equipment for production of multi textured bars, snack foods, as well as depositors for low-density aerated creams and marshmallows. They also offer very flexible and heavy duty rotary molders, including dual color dough capability for seasonal products and other applications.
